A research proposal is a specific type of academic manuscript. Therefore, its main function is communication. More specifically, it is about communicating to a reader (be it a person or an institution) everything they need to evaluate a research project; virtually all research proposals are written for an evaluator (APA, 2001). A research proposal should be brief but precise. Always keep in mind that you are writing your proposal for an expert evaluator; be careful not to bore him with general explanations, historical or methodological introductions.
In my current job, a problem that I would like to develop in a research proposal would be burnout in nurses. The purpose of the research proposal is to ensure that candidates have already done enough research on their area of interest and that they can provide more than a general description of the research topic. This proposal however is not a completed project (results cannot be predicted in advance and will probably have to be modified over time. The research proposal must be written by you. Any information from other sources must be cited. Always make sure to differentiate Clearly in the text which sections have been written by you and which ones by another author Any type of information that is not properly cited or that could be considered plagiarism would immediately disqualify you.
While evidence base practice recognizes that effective knowledge is not set in stone, it nevertheless insists that its best approach to the best or optimal treatment needs empirical evidence to use in decision-making. Since all possible variations of a phenomenon are unlikely, the empirical must be examined, the task of interpolation between the reference points falls to the clinician in applying empirical results to the current given case.
As a focused empirical discipline, psychology implies that its researchers and clinicians use the best intervention / treatment techniques and that these are subject to rigorous empirical validation, optimal by randomly selected controlled trials, but in cases where no such design is designed (Nussbaum, Melodick, & Arrowood, 2001). Feasible, quasi-experimental tests must be conducted to demonstrate the efficacy of a given technique before claims can be made of its efficacy. It is judged unethically as putting a technique into operation before a reasonable model is found to apply the procedure in a comparable population.

A research proposal is a written document specifying what a researcher intends to study; proposals are written by students seeking approval for dissertations and theses and by researchers seeking financial or institutional support. The set of skills associated with developing proposals for funding is called grantsmanship (Tappen, 2015).
At my workplace, one of the most crucial issues is the tendency of the nurses towards turnout. The nurses are likely to opt for turnout due to the depression and increased workload. I would like to develop a research proposal by identifying the issues. Once it is identified, the research will clearly identify objectives and then organize the research questions. For this research experimental method will be adopted, and training sessions of the nurse will be conducted to understand the various causes that lead to such behaviors. The research methodology will be qualitative, and the data will be analyzed using descriptive tools. The research proposal will narrow down the limitations of the research. Once the timeline is set for the research, the research proposal will be subject to scrutiny.
Using evidence-based research, the proper management plan will be developed that will be implemented with an aim to reduce the stress and increase the interpersonal collaboration of the nurses with one another. Using the factors identified from the research, the evidence-based approaches will be used to outline a framework for improving the situation.
