Discuss whether or not t’ai chi is effective in the treatment of chronic health conditions.
Identify one or more health conditions t’ai chi is known to treat effectively.
Discuss how the methods practiced treat the condition.
Locate research that substantively proves or disproves the efficacy of t’ai chi in treating the identified health condition(s). Support your position with at least two scholarly or peer-reviewed sources, in addition to the textbook and this week’s required/recommended reading. You may use professional Internet sources; however, these sources will not count toward the research requirement.
