Final Paper: 10-page body of the paper, double-spaced, APA format. This paper is due on the last day of Week 7.

Identify individual/family determinants of health. Examples of these include biology/genetics and behaviors, such as alcohol use, injection drug use (needles), unprotected sex, and smoking.
Step 2 Identify other determinants of health.
Identify community determinants of health. Examples of these include physical and social determinants.
Step 3 Describe two culturally sensitive approaches.
Describe two culturally sensitive approaches to providing nursing care at the individual/family and community levels for the disparities you listed.
