This research is manning to collect through structured interview. The aim of this study is to better understanding the exercises and effects of lockdown implemented in response to covid19 pandemic on quality of life. All participants shall remain anonymous throughout.

Here are the approved questionnaires needed for data collection minimum of 4 persons please

Social Contact

i. How have you managed during lockdown?

ii. How important is it for you to maintain social contact with friends and family?

iii. What sort of activities would you usually do with friends and family that you don’t do now?

iv. Why is maintaining social contact important/not important for you?

v. How satisfied are you with the support you get from family and friends during the lockdown?

Exercise

vi. Are you able to exercise during this time?

vii. How important is exercising to you in maintaining high spirits?

Viii.  why is it important/not important to you?

ix. Has there be any changes to your exercise routine during this time?

Self Esteem
x. Thinking back over lockdown, have you been able to continue doing what you wanted to do before lockdown began?
xi. What changes, if any, did you make to help this process?
xii. Have there been any setbacks? If so, how did you overcome them?
xiii. What would you say the biggest change for you over lockdown has been?
xiv. How did you manage this change?
