It is also fine to go further on any topic to show additional learning gained through study as well as discussions.
For example: A group mate discussed the pathophys of xx and the topic was explored by another student who looked at signs and symptoms etc. As no-one expanded on the zzz involved in management during discussions I read further and discovered the key aims are ……. You may not have an appendix, however you are still demonstrating your new knowledge and understanding.

Please don’t go over all the info from your posts in your summary. As you suggest; you can refer briefly to a post and write (see appendix 1). It will be important to highlight some specific detail that helps demonstrate your knowledge and understanding.
