In this assignment, the student will create a detailed plan for the evidence-based practice informatics technology- Electronic health Record (EHR) being developed for his/her organization. This informatics technology project will include a workflow analysis and a visual representation of the workflow framework/mapping. For the purposes of this paper, include a task analysis, workflow map or framework, discuss risks associated with the technology and a data collection plan. Please include Introduction and Conclusion. The student will submit a 5-7-page paper in current APA format, excluding the title and reference pages and include a minimum of 5 scholarly resources published within the last 5 years.
