Provide a detailed analysis of the conflict management plan proposed by this team to prevent and/or resolve team conflicts.

Write a critique/analysis for TWO (2) of the GCCM Plans (other than your own) posted in the Week 9 discussion area. Separately evaluate each of these 2 GCCM Plans (do not mix them in one discussion). Begin your assessment of each plan with a section title that provides the team name of the plan being evaluated. Then, sequentially address the following for each team plan: a) Overall organization: Briefly (no more than one short paragraph) comment on the overall organization of this GCCM Plan. “Organization” is NOT “formatting.” b) GCCM Plan purpose: Is it clear and sufficient? Explain. c) Communication management section(s): Would a new team member picking up this plan be able to use it to find out when and how to participate in team meetings, weekly meeting activities and processes, who prepares the agenda and meeting minutes and where to find them, team leader activities and assignments, how to contact team members, the team’s communication norms/expectations, email and other communication methods and their ground rules? Explain. d) Conflict management plan section(s): Provide a detailed analysis of the conflict management plan proposed by this team to prevent and/or resolve team conflicts. Are all necessary and/or useful topics included, and does their content provide sufficient guidance for the team? Cite support from at least 2 class readings in this part of your analysis. e) Additional content: Select one additional content section – a section not previously discussed, such as group diversity, group decision-making, assignment management, or other. Discuss whether or not the content provided on this topic provides sufficient guidance for team members. Cite at least one class reading here to support your response. f) Support: Explain whether sources (class readings & PMBOK Guide) were sufficiently and correctly cited throughout the document. Your total response (a-f) for each team plan should be around 2.5 pages. Therefore, with cover page and references, your total paper will be around 7-8 pages. If over 8 pages, do more editing. Your grade will be based on the quality and critical thinking evident in your discussion and analysis.
