Throughout your analysis you should document evidence that supports your statements, which can include screenshots of websites, social media posts, official press releases, news articles, etc. In your write up make sure to (i) explain what social issue is embodied in the activist campaign and how it is relevant to the targeted corporate brand, (ii) detail what tactics the activist has used to integrate the social issue into the firm’s profitability, and (iii) evaluate the amount of leverage that the activist has gained over the targeted corporate brand’s profitability to assess whether the brand is likely to change on the social issue.
