Indicative solution Assessment 2 It is expected that students will build upon the chosen examples of organisations in CW-1 that have operated a sustainable strategy in the 21st Century, the student can also use examples of organisations whose strategy has failed them and relate it to the module material and strategic management concepts. Use of case studies, strategic management theories, models and concepts with reference to current events will make coursework standout such as the strategic management approach that Thomas Cook adopted and ultimately led to their demise.
