Assessment 2: Literature Review Students will research and write a literature review paper on a selected topic. Please choose only ONE topic from the list below.

2. Servant Leadership versus Authentic Leadership –

4. Distributed Leadership versus Shared Leadership- exploring origins and key concepts of the two forms of leadership
This assessment aims to enable students to examine and critically analyse one aspect of leadership theory in depth, to understand what makes up scholarly research on the topic and to see how knowledge is built gradually. The literature review must be based on scholarly peer-reviewed literature on the selected topic and each student is required to have a minimum of eight (8) peer reviewed articles included in the review.
