(A running header is not needed on the abstract until it becomes a part of the final paper.) Week 4: Assignment – Business Letter to Facility Prepare a business letter to your facility (or community setting) administration requesting permission to present the proposal to a relevant committee, council, or staff group and requesting a reply on the facility’s letterhead. Explain to the recipient that you would need a return letter on their letterhead, dated, and signed, either denying or granting the request. The business letter should be no longer than one (1) page. Upload a copy of your letter to the instructors by 11:55p.m. on Thursday of Week 4. The Business Letter and the Reply Letter is worth 5% of the total grade.
