INTRODUCTION: PROJECT SUMMARY
Develop a Comprehensive Project Proposal for a Construction Waste Resource Management Centre or Landfill Site that will serve at least one whole municipality or Council area within the Metropolitan Melbourne region. This will manage construction materials such as plastics, concrete, metal, timber, chemicals and soil.
Note: This part introduces the name, goal, objective, activities, participants and timeline. Assume you are presenting it to one Local Government Area- Council or Shire for their approval and funding.
