Create a PowerPoint presentation that describes the importance of effective team performance in determining organizational success. Include a title slide and a reference slide. There must be a minimum of five (5) slides, not counting the title and reference slides.
Embed an audio file of your voice on each slide. Note that slides should have main keywords rather than paragraphs of text. Your voice will be used to give the fuller description. Speak clearly and avoid filler words such as “um”. Tip: A good rule of thumb per slide is –- no more than five (5) bullets and no more than seven (7) words per bullet.

Include at least three (3) references on a slide at the end. Be sure to include in-text citations on your slides to match the references. Follow APA formatting. Be consistent in the use of fonts and font sizes from slide to slide.
