Week 5 – assignment create a taxonomy of collaborative applications

Based on findings presented last week and peer-reviewed literature, create a taxonomy that:

• Represents a concept based on the elements of five (5) synchronous and asynchronous collaborative applications.
• Summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of each application.
• Illustrates how each application supports improved decision making and collaboration.
• Forecasts how new challenges might arise when implementing the applications.

Your presentation should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course and provide new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as “speaker notes” for each slide.

Support your presentation with articles, books, and research. Be sure to include citations for quotations and paraphrases with references in APA format and style.

Length: 13 slides (with a separate reference slide).
Notes: 200 words for each slide. The speaker notes may be comprised of brief paragraphs or bulleted lists.
