The aim of this assignment is to develop students ability to apply knowledge and develop academic writing skills. In this assignment students demonstrate how the readings, topics, theories and methods discussed in this course have illuminated and enriched their understandings of aspects related to institutional and organizational change or change management and how such knowledge can be applied to explaining change in the organization/industry/sector that they are studying in their thesis (or ones organization).
