Your goal is to synthesize the information presented in each source into a single coherent discussion of the general topic.
Topic: Texas Wild Rice: synthesize the literature relevant to that species’ basic biology and/or conservation program.
-Try not to get too bogged down in the details of any single source. Look for the “big picture” ideas.
-The body of your topic paper should compare and contrast the primary sources you cite, as they relate to your topic.
-Do not simply summarize each source one by one. Instead, discuss how the biological concepts are connected.
