Reflect on your mineral and water intake and respond to the following questions:

  • Do you take any mineral supplements outside of your daily food intake?  Why or why not?
  • How much salt do you consume daily?  Should you make any changes in this area?  Why or why not?
  • Osteoporosis can be an issue as we age.  Is this a concern for you or family members and what steps do you take to prevent this?
